Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
When Is My Credit Card Debited?
Your card will be debited once your order has been prepared for collection. Dependant upon demand this may happen at any point between your order being placed and the time of collection you have selected.
When your order has been fulfilled, we will debit funds from your account directly into our own. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we will only partially debit your card order. We may be able to offer you an alternative product if one is available. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.
Please note, if for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account. Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

This web site is secured using an SSL Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. Acknowledgement Of Orders
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been received and is being processed.
Pricing and Product Errors
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to collection. We will contact you if such a situation arises. Please note that whilst every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy, products may vary from those pictured. All errors and omissions excepted. Product images, descriptions and prices are subject to change, and all orders are subject to availability at the time the order is fulfilled.
Cancelling An Order
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of fourteen working days, beginning with the day on which the goods are collected.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the form on this page with your order number to hand. As long as your order has not been prepared we will cancel it immediately and no money will be debited from your card.
If your order has already been collected then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) within fourteen working days of the date of collection. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total of the goods back on your card.
As a local family business, we want you to feel confident shopping with us! BJ's Value House will never pass your customer data, including your contact information, to a third party, in accordance with EU GDPR.
For your peace of mind we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within fourteen days for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for products that show evidence of having been used unless they are faulty.
What to do if you have received defective goods
If your goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of collection. We aim to replace any damaged items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund.
If your product develops a fault within the first 30 days after receiving your purchase you are able to return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must show fair wear and tear and not have been misused.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and products may be returned if not of expected usable quality.
For all returning goods, when emailing, please include a note explaining the problem and what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number. We will respond as soon as possible.
